How can you cope with the fact that photography is always inherently limited by the current world.
If the images that you've dreamed of can't exist, if you can't find beauty in the current world, then what use or joy is there in photography.

Absolutely based.

How do they make science fiction movies if cameras are limited by what exists? Learn to make a prop and stage a scene that looks good on camera, or learn to find beauty in a flawed reality. Or keep bitching and sucking, your choice.
>>
Could it be you don’t any have talent, or imagination?

Or perhaps you’re just depressed..

Why would I need to cope, there's an incredible amount of beauty in this world and with it's inhabitants.
You sound like a sad 14 year old sonic avatarfag on deviantart.

To give a real answer-- I totally understand what you mean. I fell in love with photography because of 50s 60s photographers using kodachrome. Kodachrome doesnt exist anymore and the 50s 60s are LONG gone. So i just kinda cope using ektachrome and try to take photos that could be taken in any era. The world isn't as beautiful as i see through those old photographers lens but i tell myself a real artist represents there era and its own beauty. I try anyway. They probably thought the same about the ground breaking paintings of the 50s and 60s.

also watch movies from the last 30 years that helps me a lot (:

Same. Watching classic films from the 60s/70s/80s is what got me into photography.

the bloom look isnt really my thing, its more subject matter than optics.

>>4340131
i hear its like 50$ in today money per roll. Like imagine an option more expensive than the price of slide film.

u have been filtered by lack of true artist brain and depression. u can take beautiful pictures of things u find ugly. there is beauty everywhere.
