How can you cope with the fact that photography is always inherently limited by the current world.If the images that you've dreamed of can't exist, if you can't find beauty in the current world, then what use or joy is there in photography.

>>4339652To give a real answer-- I totally understand what you mean. I fell in love with photography because of 50s 60s photographers using kodachrome. Kodachrome doesnt exist anymore and the 50s 60s are LONG gone. So i just kinda cope using ektachrome and try to take photos that could be taken in any era. The world isn't as beautiful as i see through those old photographers lens but i tell myself a real artist represents there era and its own beauty. I try anyway. They probably thought the same about the ground breaking paintings of the 50s and 60s. also watch movies from the last 30 years that helps me a lot (:
