If you’re using the pointless hod you must be Ken Rockwell. There’s no reason to use that. Well, it’s $300, and with a 26mm focal length and all its sharpness weighted at the center, it’s for selfies. …that look 1000x better than a crappy cellphone pic. …that and being able to pocket your big Z7, given that you use the slip cap for the lens instead of the big dumb hood, and that you take the rubber eyepiece of the rear of your vf. It’s fine, still whips the fuck out of practically every lens made before 2018, but is just not as premium as Nik’s current ultra sharp beasts.
