What adapter do I need to mount Nikon E-series lenses to RF?

NIK(G) or NIK will do for an e-series lens. The difference is that the first one has a dial to adjust the aperture since G lenses don't have one on the lens.
NIK(S) is for old S-mount rangefinder lenses.
