I can get like 10 of these (expired in 2020) for peanuts.
Is it feasible to open these and use the unexposed film in a different camera?

Kill yourself is feasible enough

What's the matter...you NEED more?

YES, YES I DO

the film is unspooled in these and you spool it back into the cannister as you advance through the frames; before opening it, put the camera in the dark and shoot every frame until you have about 2 or 3 frames left

Those will be lost, but at this point you can open the camera and get your film in the cannister
it may be upside down though

what do you mean upside down?

Best case scenario: just that, since in the disposable camera film goes from right to left and in most 35mm cameras it goes left to right, it'll be upside down

Worst case scenario (not sure if possible), you end up with the back of the film facing the lens and the emulsion facing the pressure plate, which gives weird results
