Well Liff took it in 2014 according to his Flickr page and the exif, which means (unless its stitched) he wasn't using a contemporary DSLR, because of the image width (8000px). So maybe a hassy H5D-50 or Phase One IQ250, IQ260, or IQ280. BUT none of those cameras had lenses which covered 16.5mm (as seen in the exif). So hes using a zoom lens.So I would guess he shot with a Nikon D810 or a Sony A7R and stitching it. Probably using a 16-35mm or 14-24mm, or 12-24mm on the Sony.
