Last saturday I went to a racing event and decided to bring my camera. I got no experience, but maybe some photos are ok or can be saved through editing. Maybe I could get some feedback on composition, editing or general tips for autosport photography.
I shot with a Nikon D3300 and am still learning to do manual, so I think I messed up most shots in one way or another.

Anon, composition is a massive subject and will take research and practice.
Keep shooting, learning and striving to improve.
It's hard to project confidence at first and boldly take pics of people, but realise that sneaky shots of the backs of peoples heads is not very interesting for the viewer

poor comp, its almost comical. instead of getting the guy scowling as you awkwardly pretend not to shoot him and his car, why not walk up and say "hey cool car can you tell me about it while I take a few pics?" and either he says no and you walk away or he says yes and looks happy because you're not a weirdo and he got to talk about his cool racecar

I like this shot, but it looks to me that it isn't sharp enough. Would you say this is a bad photo because it is blurry? And can you tell what did I do wrong? My shutter speed is 1/250 so thats probably ok. Was it the aperture?

Also, I'm from Brazil and this is a regional event from a smaller city near the capital of my state, so most of the sponsors/brands are also regional, I guess. A NASCAR (Brasil series) race will take place there in a few months, then it will probably have more sponsors/brands that are known internationally.
Do you know FuelTech? A fun fact is that it was created by some dude from my city that used to go a lot to this circuit, he even went there to race with a F355 Turbo like two or three months ago. Also he gave away a really nice Mazda RX-7 last month and unfortunately I did not win.
