I want to get into cosplay photography. How do I take pics like this?
>>4395982You made this thread already. Use a flash and fuck off and die.
I own a Casio P&S that ONLY takes photos like this. Everything is cosplay... food, pets, even landscapes all come out looking like the world is one big cosplay convention. It's maddening. Last wedding I shot was so bad that the bride accused me of pedofiling and refused to pay. No worries, I sold the pics to a r*dd*t'r for twice the price.
>>4395982 OP's reference photo isn't that good to begin with, harsh light and a distracting background. I use 500W and feather with a 140cm softbox to get inky blacks albeit indoors.
>>4395998>harsh light lmao>distracting background He's outside >albeit indoorsLol you are doing the most basic of flash photography. Maybe learn to work with the lighting you have instead of just using high powered flash to overpower ambient lighting and crush everything to black.
