I feel like I’ve burned every bridge to life and been reduced to an empty shell, constantly exhausted, angry, nervous, and sad, with no motivation or satisfaction in anything, no desire for relationships, and looking like shit as a result. I keep wondering whether it’s the world or just me, what the real cure for depression actually is, and whether there’s any honest solution left that isn’t shallow self-help nonsense.
