Vast majority of them do not cause forest fires, the pollution they create is minimal versus the thousands of other factors. Most people who buy fireworks use them responsibly and do not start forest fires or accidentally shoot them into someone's car. If you read about firework incidents it's usually some retard setting them off in the house or someone holding onto a firework. Statistically it's 2.2 people that get injured per 100,000 pounds of fireworks. It's the same as arguing for gun control. Only blueanon types actually like lite brites.So why aren't people talking about this more? Fireworks are a good tradition. Why do people pretend to care about wild animals all of a sudden? Veterans can wear ear plugs and people can help their pets prepare. Thunderstorms trigger PTSD and scare animals too. Why should fireworks go away when they're not proven to do any significant damage to the ecosystem?
