Globohomo (jews) likes to ban / censor anyone who isn't them, especially when it's opponents who are organizing and will present a credible threat to their grip on power. When they can't do that, they try to steer you towards ineffective activism (shooting niggers at a grocery store).
Why they do this should be obvious, but for an example of what happens with a bit of normal organizing is the SCOTUS. Over decades, lawyers and others created The Federalist Society to promote a complete reversal of leftist judicial activism (The Warren Court & its bullshit like civil rights, abortion, etc.) This bore fruit when Trump won the presidency and appointed 3 of their picks to the SCOTUS. Yes, Kavanaugh and Mommie aren't perfect, but they're a lot better than another Roberts.
Now, hilariously, Trump may get to pick 2-3 more justices next term when Sotomayer etc. die of diabeetus and fatness, and a conservative justice or two retire. These picks haven't been perfect, but getting rid of Roe v Wade, Chevron deference, anti-gun laws, and generally gutting the administrative state/bureaucracy has all been accomplished because some people got fed up with stuff 40 years ago and peacefully created this group

I agree with almost everything but I am skeptical that Sotomayer will perish any time soon. I have to imagine that Supreme Court Justices have access to top tier healthcare here in the USA. It is possible to keep a diabeteetus infested mummy alive for a pretty long time when your pockets are deep beyond measure.

Fair point. And even if she dies, they'll just have her clerks continue to write her opinions for her while she's "working from home" like they did with RBG's corpse.

>steer you towards ineffective activism
This topic is seldom explored, even on /pol, but it should be.
The shear amount of time+energy and capital that is wasted on braindead endeavors is pretty stunning.
Not by accident, as you imply..

We should start trying to meme a list of good/high energy supreme court justices so that when the time comes, their memetic resonance will eclipse any picks which are determined by the bureaucracy.

>Federalist Society
>Libertarian

That's the opposite of federalism. Do you idiots even know what words mean? Also lol at thinking "the elites are censoring libertarianism".

Fedsoc isn't libertarian really, it's more of a mix of conservatives and libertarians together. Also, I don't think libertarianism is necessarily antithetical to the classic idea of Federalism where the states and the federal government are distinct and not to overstep their bounds within the system.
