There are literally thousands of Computer Science graduates a year, yet you can count on your hands the amount of grad/junior SWE or technical roles opening every month.

Literally even some shitty college in bumfuck nowhere offers CS courses and every Poojeet and Ngubu has a masters in CS/Data Science or some shit from some fake diploma mill university. TikTok told every zoomer to study CS to make 6 figures out of college and now every faggot thinks they're the next Linus Torvalds.

Not to mention Poojeets lying about experience, saying they have 5 years of experience as a fullstack dev at their local grocery store.

extremely, but the fat pig women in HR and the blading boomer managers don't care, they see technology as an "expense" and don't understand just how important it is to have staff who know what they are doing

The growing disconnect btwn the IT and HR is insane. They sat next to each other in my last corporate gig in an open office.
>mfw too young to ever have a cubicle
Actually faggot HR guy was the only one with enough man brain left to give them what they needed. Seeing it play out next to me was a riot. Women couldn't comprehend what it took to maintain the company infrastructure they used for shopping on work time
