But the enforcement arm is the UN.The ICC similarly has problems enforcing it's decisions because there is no worldwide enforcement arm.Interpol acts as world police. But the long arm of the law does not extend to all parts of the globe when it comes to ICJ and ICC rulings if the individual countries do not agreeWhere does that leave us?
The court of public opinion is powerful.But we are wanting an enforcement arm for the ICC, ICJ and court of public opinion.
