The right wing in general are naturally more individually minded than the left. The right wing have a preference of seeing themselves as lone hunter gatherers living off the land. Or a lone pioneer on frontier. They want to provide for themselves and they feel pride doing so. This makes them less likely to want to achieve political and governmental power. So in competitions between them and the left they will have this disadvantage of them literally just not wanting it that much. While they may hate the left, they will not want to take over the government all that much. They’d rather just want the government to go away somehow. And then even if they do gain political and governmental power they will have extreme hesitation in actually using that power. So the way you would expect politics to play out would be the left winning pretty consistently and only occasional right wing victories but those right wing victories wouldn’t actually have any actual change in society by the right wing government. And this is what we see in reality. When the right wing comes into power they almost always only do things to remove governmental influence over society but never put any new measures to make the country more right wing. At most you get tax cuts or deregulations.
