In 2020 Biden was consistently up by 5+% in the polls and it ended up being close. In 2016 Hilary was consistently ahead in the polls as well and she lost. The polls always oversample democrats. Trump is consistently ahead in the aggregate and that never happened in 2016 or 2020.
