He had a very straight forward plan and it can be executed by anyone.1 Learn to shoot a rifle (that has a scope) 2 buy a drone and fly said drone over the area in question to look for cracks in security/blind spots ideal shooting points.3 If no spot is available take drone and leave to try again without going further or if spot is available commit.4 get into position without being seen by the snipers (which are the only people you need to worry about. Police will be too slow to act and randos in the crowd pointing you out will not get the info to the people in question fast enough. Plus if your position is mostly blind to the snipers your window will be long enough.5 And finally, once in position don't hesitate or panic. Take a good shot knowing you will die for it. Ideally try to get a second or third off. That's it. And some random 19 year old did it all perfectly except for the last part. He was up their with his game aimed for a long time and choked because it became too real and he wanted the head shot.This is exactly what i would have done in his place and any committed man of average intelligence can pull it off. The only question is will they have the will to do so. Drones are a massive game changer security isn't ready for. Offense is easier than defense and snipers once in an elevated position can't change. I know there are ways snipers can set up well to eliminate blind spots mostly. But with access to an overhead view, that gives a ton of tactical information for the person on offense, which is the much easier role.

People keep attributing to conspiracy what can be explained by the competency crisis and malfunctioning apparatus of the state.They're not prepared. It's in their best interest for you to think it's a conspiracy. The reality is that this was actually a massive failure and they aren't prepared for legitimate political violence. That's why the immediate response was bipartisan condemnation.

It's easier than that, OP. Just get close enough to fucking shoot 'em. There's no need to look for vantage points or none of that shit. Blend in with the crowd, aim and fire. Next time shoot for the chest instead of the head. Heart shot gets the job done.
