Cell towers capture all RF bands so they know if someone is trying to interfere, so they know when a drone is being used. They transmit video at 5.4ghz and are controlled by a 2.8ghz signal so it's very obvious. But.. that data goes into a dumb server and would require a subpoena and a wait time.
