Of all the tropical spices (which is mostly all of them, if we're realistic), I think I might miss cinnamon the most, even if it's one of the less used. It does look as if a very small tree, perhaps just 8ft tall, might be sufficient for years' worth of the stuff. Propagation seems simple enough from cuttings and seeds, so it's really about how much greenhouse square footage one could afford to maintain.
