We have to change change marriage laws. Lifestyle and culture has greatly changed from when these laws were established and clearly don't suit modern day. We've seen tons of instances where a spouse takes advantages of these laws. Jeff Bezos the world's richest man even couldn't fight off alimony with all his money, power and influence then imagine the state of a common man, a wagie working years to save only in pennies.This system needs to be scrapped off and built from scratch.When you get married it impacts the lives of children and everyone around you too. So it must be punishable by law if a partner cheats. Also, custody laws must be looked into and re-established with equal priority to both parents current laws seem to favour women more. Lawyers and judges must be advised to be less biased and treat them as individuals and not favour the woman more.>AlimonyThey're both adults and shouldn't be allowed any gibs at all as women have the right to work now. Alimony must be abolished all together.>Child supportIt's the duty and responsibility of both parents but it should be considered not to burden one parent beyond the basic necessities of the child. These people have their own lives and joys to pay for.>Pre-nupsShould be made mandatory and agreed upon to each possible scenario. It should be categorised on every different aspect. Property, child support, personal choices.>Paternity and ultrasound testsThey're both consenting adults and I don't think the government should dictate or interfere in these issues. I'd recommend mandatory paternity tests to avoid wasting time and years raising someone else's child for years. About ultrasound these individuals might have a specific preference to have a son or a daughter, it's their life and responsibility for the next 2 decades. They're going to pay for every expense of the child so they can decide whether to have a son or daughter. (1/2)

It is a sin to kill life. So abortions are banned just be more responsible once again you're adults.Abortions will be allowed if it's life threatening to the child or mother or if it's know the child has a genetic defect or will turn gae in future.>Multiple wivesAs women age faster it's unfair for the man to stay with one woman all his life.
