>>488983606It would take hours. Any 'civil war' would involve organized people taking over governmental positions everywhere. Look at january 6, they have no safeguards in place. There would be no protracted war, or involvement of civilians.

Who actually has the advantage on this map? I don't know. The Dems could fortify their cities, and then leave in large numbers to pillage the surrounding, much less populated counties for supplies. But how could they effectively control that much enemy area. It would require massive organisation and they would be up against a guerilla force on home turf.The Republicans on the other hand could simply blockade the cities an try and starve them out, but they would have to deal with a zerg rush of hungry people pushing into the country side looking for food and supplies that outnumber them 10 to 1. I still think the Republicans would have the upper hand. They say land doesn't vote, but it certainly matters in a conflict. It is ultimately the strategically advantageous position of the two.
