Anyone with an IQ of at least 115 should be able to emigrate to America and get a work visa. 115 IQ is in the top 20% and high enough to do most jobs. Of course, America will be getting plenty of very high IQ people too, since 115 will be the floor. America is underpopulated and needs to be filled up as a country in order to compete with the giants that are China and India (4x our population). So let's get America's population up to 2 billion by 2040 though legal immigration of anyone with a 115 IQ or higher. We would rule the world for the rest of this millennium and be the only country left on earth capable of any innovation. America would hold 90% of global GDP while the billions of low IQ poors outside of America's borders will do menial factory work to export goods to us.
Every country lies about population data to make their economies look healthier than they really are and China and India are among the worst offenders. Neither country has a billion people.
