How susceptible you are to any toxin is highly dependent on individual health and genetics. It will increase cancer rates, probably dramatically, and it sucks to be that 1 out of 100 who is highly susceptible, but you probably won't see millions of people dying all at once. More likely that they shaved 10 years off their life and won't start to deal with the effects till they are already old with an immune system that can't keep up with all the shit they did to their bodies any more.
