I'm not entirely convinced the child war even happened. There was no actual event, no conflict, it was a hoax. A state terror campaign run in both the east and the west, for a range of reasons.It ensured the military industrial complex kept stealing everyone's money even though ww2 was over and nobody wanted another war. It ensured warmongers who killed hundreds of millions in both counties were never executed in America and Russia, it allowed both counties to realise their spheres of influence agreement through invading a dozen non hostile nations. You might as well call it the north vs south America war.
