And much like Canada, the population of eastern part is basically a tiny strip of towns along the southern border with Kazakhsta, Mongolia, China.Anything east and south of Kazan is basically a colony in all but name, except, you know, we didn't give up ours unlike rest of European powers.Now in the West it is an entirely different problem.
