Cuck states (a lot sadly) consider any offensive touch to be assault, but in ones that aren't cucked (like WY where this takes place) there is a distinction between assault and battery. What the vet did to his gf and what you're describing is battery and by itself generally isn't actually enough for an arrest, requiring other elements to warrant it (like aggravated battery, which is why the faggot cops kept trying to get him to say his girlfriend fell down instead of just saying he pushed her). But it all depends on where you are and what your local laws are.I'd hate living in a state that doesn't carry the distinction between battery and assault because from a legal perspective, those states treat giving someone a little shove because you're pissed is effectively the same as breaking their nose or worse.
