Russia has been allowed to bomb Ukraine for over 1,000 days while being able to test nearly all Russian weapon systems many of which have not been in serious use since the fall of the soviet union while justify ramping up the Russian weapons industry. The US/NATO has been able push billions of dollars to US weapon companies and justify ramping up weapons manufacturing to cold war levels. European weapons companies are making billions off of the war in UkrainePutin does not need to nuke Ukraine. Ukraine has nuclear power plants that are critical to Ukraine. Russia can use conventional weapons to destroy Ukraine's nuclear power plants. No need to use nukes. Russia can as it please
