Can anyone make sense for me Biden's strategy in Ukraine?

Normally you'd want to hit your enemy as hard as possible, relentlessly, and hope that they either collapse or consider their position hopeless.

I stead Biden (in coalition with Germany primarily) has done exactly the opposite: slow roll everything, always let the 'enemy' know what coming long in advance, never push them to the point of collapse or panic or even mild concern...

What kind of strategy is this? Simply a desire to push every problem onto the next guys plate? How could losing a war slowly be more politically advantageous than winning one quickly?

Probably he got agreement with Trump that he will provoke Russia and strengthen Ukraine's negotiate position (at least optically) and when Trump actually comes to power Russia will think he's more agreeable negotiative partner, but Trump will sit on stronger negotiative position for Ukraine and NATO.

The politicians want to destroy Russia in such a way they don't escalate to nukes.

The purpose of US war is to launder money. The goal of the war is not to defeat Russia. The goal is to launder as much US tax payer money through Ukraine as possible.

the plan was never to win by military means but by economic means. zog promised europeans the sanctions would collapse russia in two weeks and they blindly followed. what you have seen for the last nearly 3 years is scrambling to come up with a backup plan

Biden doesn't want to deal with the geopolitical instability of a Russian colapse/chimpout so he is just sending scrap to Ukraine to symbolically signal that the U.S still has international power-projection.

Remember when they kept the pandemic going for two years so big pharma can keep increasing their profits. Same thing is happening now with the war and the MIC.
