Traditional European features are native to all those groups and we only have Blue eyes, lightly coloured hair, fair skin, height, and European facial structure from those groups combined. That being said dark brown meds like southern Italian, Portuguese Spainish, Greek etc are not white, or at least are only white adjacent. To find the whites in these groups you have exclude everyone who does not have the sole completely native European feature of having blue eyes. So in practice all Northern, western and eastern euros with white features are white. A let's say swede who's ethnically Swedish with brown eyes is white. A Sicilian with blue eyes (if they exist) is white. However some far southern and obviously Asiatic eastern slavs, and southern Europeans without blue eyes cannot be truly white, and really more like half siblings or cousins to the white race regardless of language, culture or perceived ethnicity. In summary everyone with blue eyes is white, however not all Europeans without blue eyes aren't white
