If Biden dies before 1/20/25, Harris is sworn in as the president to finish the term. If it occurred on the 20th, but before noon, I'm pretty sure they'd just have Trump sworn in at noon.

If Trump dies before then, the VP elected on the same ticket is sworn in. He would then choose a new VP.

If both Trump and Vance die before 1/20 then I don't know, it's a whole new world. I suspect the speaker of the house gets sworn in in their place, but I don't know.
