>moving forward, all anchor babies will not be considered citizens of the USA just because they were born here. >Moving forward What are the odds of this passing? As an anchor adult, I think there is actually a high chance of it passing given how Trump was able to move the supreme Court into his favor by the end of his first term and still has a favorable one moving onto his second term. There will obviously be a lot of pushback on this, but given how it isn't retroactive, there will be eventual acceptance of it as the Democrats already have their slaves in California and NY to use for their own benefit.

Illegal immigrants are modern-day slaves which is why the problem is allowed to persist. The aristocracy wants the trash of the world to drag down our standard of living so we never challenge their power. And liberals go along with it because it's "compassionate". So the chances are low unless he goes full dictator which I hope.

On October 30, 2018, President Donald Trump announced his intention to issue an executive order abolishing birthright citizenship for U.S.-born children of non-citizens. On this same date, Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina said he would introduce legislation in Congress to accomplish the same thing. Neither Trump's promised executive order nor Graham's planned bill materialized before Trump left office in January 2021.
