The reality is that trannies do suffer from mental illness known as body dysmorphia and it's been scientifically proven that their own brains don't register themselves as the sex they are in reality and it's why they so desperately want to chop parts of their body.Some might do it out of being groomed, or confused, or forced, or for attention. But it's a real mental illness.Next mental illness that should be examined is what leads to inceldom, something you see a lot in the virgin straight white male 4chan users. My guess is it has to do with being ugly, which in turn rots their brain making them bitter, unappealing, unfunny and violent.
