Biden's biggest green energy loan was a loan commitment of $9.2b to a Ford EV plant called BlueOvalSK and it's being built in a red state, Kentucky.

however it was only a commitment and hasn't been finalized. If the Department of Energy doesnt rush to finish the loan before January, then Trump might work to cancel it, along with many others, thanks to the lunatics at DOGE

fact: the Loan Programs Office, which handles all the green energy loans in the Department of Energy, made more loans to red states than blue states
