What even is progress? What does it mean to you?

lowering misery and suffering is a good start
no wait, I jumped the gun, first we need to recognise and acknowledge misery and suffering before we can hope to tackle it
maybe one day we will decide that butchering baby boys is inhumane, but that's not today

They did that with can tabs in the 1970's. I've been saying for a long time that we've become stagnant.

progress is when shareholders make profit

True, but society is pretty good at denying things forever.

I learned to deal with it on day 1. Some still can't to this day. Overall, decent IQ test.
>>

How does this reduce waste? the entire bottle including the cap gets shredded anyway
>>

It's not bad on water bottles, but go get a yoghurt or milk and cry... Some are made pretty solid and I don't wanna snap them off and get liquid everywhere, esp on the street.
Not all bottles are pozzed here thankfully. Most aren't.
Of course I'll deal with it but don't they have anything better to do?
>>
>>489074535
The cap gets tossed and forgotten about. The idea is to keep everything together and reduce waste and recycle more. I never had an issue with the bottle I just tilt it to the side and sip it that way.
>>
>>489072940
Progress is when Indians smear shit all over public toilets so white people get put under house arrest so they can't smear shit all over public toilets
>>
>>489074535
in theory it keeps the cap fom going into a landfil since it'll be cycled with the bottle.
>>
>>489074535
It's manually sorted and takes a lot of work picking up the separate cap. Also the old way the cap was a different plastic grade to the bottle so if the cap was on they'd have to manually undonthe cap and put in a different bin
>>
>>489072940
Getting a grip on more diseases with treatment is progress.
Indoor toilet with running water is progress.
Those plastic caps are useless, I keep breaking them because it pisses me off when they get in the way of pouring liquid. And I didn't need that to make sure I throw the bottle with the cap on. Useless virtue-signalling
>>
I hate yuropoors but the stay on caps are actually convenient, doesn’t make up for the poor service in the faggot continent tho

I know a pretty clean way of dealing with waste. It's called nuking China and India. No bottle cap bullshit.

No joke, Bosnians and Serbs are extremely obsessed with cars. Germans design and make them, after they get a few kms and rollbacks they make their way here and people autistically care and modify them.

Nobody wants to recognize that humanity is declining. We achieved a certain point in tech and only search for short term entertainment. In the past, scientific discoveries were celebrated worldwide. Now it's a side note on some obscure website nobody but the people who wrote the article knows about.
Look at advancements in politics. We're almost on the exact same level, if not even worse, as the ancient greeks. We say
>eww look our democracy is better than comunism n sheit
But in actuality we live in a technocratic tyranical monarchy where the royals haven't even showed their face to the public. We're all either batteries or leeches
