I have a job interview today. I hate how they will ask me for my motivations for the job and other nonsense when all I want is to earn money.
thats part of the test to see if you're a moron. its meaningless.just say to learn new skills and improve your current ones.also, when they ask for your strength, weakness, a good weakness i found was "i ask a lot of questions at the beginning, sometimes seemingly unrelated, this just helps to build a big picture of whats happening, its a weakness as it can slow the process down a bit at the beginning, but in the long run it helps me make better, more informed decisions down the line
