This is what the average apartment in Toronto looks like
>>489087567where's the rest of the apartment?
let me guess, $2000 USD/month, shared laundry? home depot level effort, plywood walls so you can hear your indian neighbors blow up the toilet next door?
>>489087722slim, slim chance there may be laundry, but everything else is probably spot on
Always giggle when they try to pass off ikea cabinets and drop floors as high end.
>>489087567that whole design is like subliminally screaming to your subconscious every second you're in there 'YOU NEVER WANT TO HAVE KIDS... DON'T EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT HAVING KIDS"
>>489087567And the landlord is some pajeet
>>489087567In the middle of the night I had to go to a flooded apartment in Toronto. It was exactly like this but shittier, no window and with a cat and a mattress on the floor. Some black girl crying her eyes out because everything she owns is underwater and then I asked her "Where's the rest of it?" I had never seen a literal single room apartment before.
>>489087722Things aren't quite that bad yet. A studio like that is about 1400 USD in Toronto, utilities typically not included. Here's an example: https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/27631633/716-39-brant-street-toronto-waterfront-communities-waterfront-communities-c1
>>489088889Off by one>>489088888
>>489088899This is a prison cell.
>>489087567Let me guess, you guys need more? More Liberty Village apartment is like this, at just under 500sqft. You don't need room for hobbies when you can literally go out and eat and drink anywhere you want.
>>489089067*My apartment. How do I edit my original post?
>>489087722Yeah
>>489087567And this is one of the cities I've lived for a while.
>cooking ventBetter than 90% of the non-vented slop most American kitchens have.
>>489087567Wow, so people don’t have any furniture or cooking supplies?Things must really be tough in Canada
>>489087722>2000 usd a month in torontosure
>>489087567there is no bathroomperfect for streetshitters
>>489089067>You don't need room for hobbies when you can literally go out and eat and drink anywhere you want.like a nice hoppy IPA at the barcade
>>489087567not seeing enough pajeets in that image bro, you're lying through your teeth
>>489087713literally a toilet, that's it.and yes, that goes for probably 1500-2000k a month, leafbux tho so like 1100-1450 USD, something like that.>>489087722yes exactly that>>489088560GOOD MORNING SAAR PLS PAY THE RENT SAAR>>489089067ngl i live in a 280 sq meters studio and thats enough for me. i pay only 600usd though lmao>>489089161yeah porra de caralho brasilian favelas seem like literal hell >>489089498??? that's literally the median price for an apartment in Toronto>>489089576there's one, it's probably like 1 sq meter though
>>489087567Way too much space allocated to kitchen appliances
>>489087567new condos maybe. I used to install fibre optic cables on the outside of apartment buildings and we would have to go into each unit to put a box on the wall. The majority of the buildings we did were public housing and the majority of apartments in public housing were filled with shitskins and they were mostly disgusting. I preferred to be outside hanging on the side of the building in the dead of winter than to go inside the units and chance stepping on cockroach eggs and taking them home. Plus most of the units smelled absolutely horrible, either from their fucked up cooking or God knows what else. I did a lot of work on rooftops installing cell phone networks and even just going down the hallway on the top floor to the roof would turn my stomach sometimes. Fuck those shitholes and the worst part is, I paid a portion of all those lazy cocksuckers rent. A few places smelled so bad it was unbelievable, would almost be sick to my stomach just spending 30 seconds in the hallway. great memories.
>>489087722shared loudry isnt too bad, i can wash at night in the cellar. I pay 450€ for a apartment like that, but all inc.
>>489090156my friend used to live in an apartment complex filled with pajeets. he told me sometimes it smells so horrible that he feels like vomitting and that the stench was so intense taht it felt like it was making its way inside of his body. I thought he was exagerating but one day we went to his apartment with a female coworker after work and as soon as we entered, it was smelling so disgusting that she puked in the hallway. we left immeditately and we chose to hang out in the freezing cold outside instead of being inside because the stench was so unfathomably badfucking streetshitters man
>>489090092spottet the leavejeet
>>489087567this is how npcs and mentally ill people are created
>>489090370lol atleast they dont live still in moms basement.

>>489090092>280 sq meters studio>600usd are you living in a burnt down warehouse ?>studiolaugh my ass offI call bs on those numbers
>>489090366> it was smelling so disgusting that she puked in the hallwaykek.I refuse to even live in that shithole. Would have to leave at 530 every morning and fight through shitty traffic to go there but my area is so much nicer. Well, until a year or 2 ago when it started to get flooded with shitjeets. I feel like they're extra visible though because they're always walking and taking the bus and the Whites are driving.
I dont understand how normies can afford that with utilities and taxes and food expenses how do have enough at the end of the month?Shouldnt rent only be like max 1/6’th of your monthly income after taxes?
>>489090805sorry i meatn sq feet lol, 280 sq FEET. my bad
>>489090092good. Canadians must suffer.
>>489087713das it manefits approx 27 pajeets and 1 pajeeta
>>489091151>Shouldnt rent only be like max 1/6’th of your monthly income after taxes?cityniggers pay 50%+ pre-tax income on rent here. it's just part of the hustle and bustle of living in the big city.
>>489091151>Shouldnt rent only be like max 1/6’th of your monthly income after taxes?well yeah but we imported billions of pajeets driving the cost of housing way, way up and most big cities dont allow housing development because of le epic zoning laws>I dont understand how normies can afford that with utilities and taxes and food expenses how do have enough at the end of the month? Most people live paycheck to paycheck and they spend the little extra they have as soon as they receive it because it would take them a million years to invest this tiny amount into soemthing considerable anyway
>>489089161What is the average rent there ? I can’t make out a city. Is that the neighborhood morato? Or is that like the whole city ? Is it nice with public transport and work ? At least in canda before they catch up its pretty decent at least to me as an American. I’d prefer Canada over America 10-15 years backwards
>>489087722the whole apartment building smells like curried ass because the smell lingers thru vents
Show the entire listing. What address is that?
There's definitely a bedroom and bathroom there. WHy did you not show that?
