The homeless junkie on the street is doing fent, crack, meth, or some combination.That aside, I don't hate junkies. I have a lot of empathy for them, probably more than most here. But I don't respect them either. They're just a symptom of a greater problem and I acknowledge that, but I also don't like to see crackheads smoking out front of public schools, or junkies having overdoses on the side of the street, you know? It isn't a black or white issue; I feel bad that society has abandoned these people and pushed them to this, but on some level they're still responsible for their actions.
