As far as property goes, most Chinese care more about money than anything else. As for getting a job, they will hire anyone over a black person. I used to teach English and saw schools reject Black people from the UK and US who spoke perfect English with solid degrees to hire Russians, Pols and Belarusians who could barely form an English sentence.
