True, I can't take anyone who claims to be concerned about the environment but shoots down nuclear. Hilarious to see old early episodes of the Simpsons where they try to paint nuclear as bad. Pure propaganda.

Fucking finally. Is he going to admit that deregulation is bad and-

>in service of a destructive, politicized "environmental" agenda.

The Texas oil industry is artificially reducing supply to increase prices. This nigger is tilting at ESG windmills instead of addressing the direct problem with private equity firms. They bought up nursing homes, made them worse, Biden tried to create a standard to prevent them from making nursing homes worse, and the state of Texas blocked it. ESG is just an acceptable target they propped up. Kabuki theater.

This is just a distraction from all the people texas killed during the freeze in 2021. Notice how no one was held accountable and they shut off power plants instead of buying the gas to power them because the price rose up and no one was investigated for it. Texas cleaning their own hands.

Nigger the gas wells and pumps froze because globohomo forced them to switch to electricity rather than burning the gas on site (which produces heat).

>>
>>489755246
Sign tappers are showing that this is what ESG and DEI are for. Paxton is describing the behavior of oil companies, reducing supply to increase prices (they've been given more and more land to drill on but they are not adding more supply to the market), and he's going after private equity firms just for the ESG, the perceived motive. If they were just doing what oil companies do without the ESG, he'd have nothing to attack. Screwing over consumers is perfectly legal, especially in Texas. Being a faggot environmentalist, or at least just saying you are, will get the Texas AG on your ass. That's actually really funny. A good joke coming from the biggest oil producing state.

It's too late for that. No one was held accountable because Texans vote in favor of laxer regulations and the enegy company, the grid, was kept up within the guidelines of the state. The moral of the story is that states need stricter guidelines if that's how it's going to be, but that won't happen.

>>489755853
What's the source on that? Plenty of gas gets burned on site, you can see it for miles in some parts of the state.

Doublenigger well poisoner - explain why ERCOT were all out of state carpetbaggers that all resigned after this (and selling off a shitton of stuff to the Chinese)? EPA denying carbon exception increased output for electricity to cover the shortfall.
You won't because I know you are already retarded that doesn't know the difference between burning gas to power a pump and flaring at a well head. There are also now ugly fucking electric lines run all over the fucking place shitting up nature.
>>
>>489755853
does generating electricity not produce heat?
>>
>>489756284
Price fixing coal is bad but so is oil. Oil companies have been given more land to drill on but they're not doing it because creating scarcity means they get to charge more, they increase profits. Paxton's only issue here is the environmentalist angle, he's framing that as the problem.

The financialization of literally everything that started in the late 70s is destroying everything.
The end result will be an economic collapse that makes the Great Depression look like the Roaring 20s.

It would help me understand the difference if you explained it to me. How did that cause it? I'm asking because I've seen other ideas about, most in your position would blame the windmills either freezing or not producing enough (which was always weird because it implies that Texas is somehow completely powered by wind). You're the first to bring up the heat produced by burning gas to power a pump. Like oil is pumped straight into a power plant and that's where the freeze pulled the plug on Texas power. Please correct me, explain it to me.
>>
>>489756684
Not to mention all the useless goddamned wind farms everywhere.

>>
>>489757360
So, originally the pumps that keep NG pipelines operating at high pressure were powered by burning a bit of gas from the pipes. The utter fucktards running ERCOT decided this wasn’t green enough, so they switched the pumps to run on externally supplied electricity.
The cold weather caused the massive windmill farms to stop, which caused a massive drop in available electricity. Without electricity the NG pumps shut off. Without NG flowing, the NG plants that were supposed to back up the solar and wind arrays weren’t able to spin up.
It was a cascade failure that could have been completely avoided.

The solar farms are somehow worse. Hundreds of thousands of acres covered in toxic panels where baseball sized hail is common. They are working hard to make the TX landscape look like something out of Cyberpunk once all these fly-by-night kickback operations run out of money.
>>
>>489757813
I'm getting closer to understanding, that makes sense. Where did you read about that? I'm trying to find information about it on that technical level but I can't get to that specific point.

No, DEI niggers love for everyone to think that they've lost and the *practices* are eliminated because they are slimy snakes and have long since adapted by changing words again. You'll find that DEI nigger have already told companies to throw the old words under the bus and use new more subversive words to continue their practices on the down low. They don't recommend specific words anymore but inclusivity, belonging, D&I, culture are keywords with which you can instantly identify them. Look up BRIDGE to see what they're up to now. https://wearebridge.com/

You're just describing regular HR shit. Basically you use them to check an "I'm not racist and know more about prejudice than others" box so you can freely fire Jamal's nigger ass after you fired Shaniqua and people can't call you racist. They aren't meaningfully dictating policy. Maybe your company sends an email about some Hindu religion. Doesn't really matter.
