>>489793515The reason it exists is because of industrialized farming and mass shipping. When these things first started, they didn't have proper cooling for machines. A shipping truck full of milk would cook in the hot sun and by the time it would arrive in the store it would be spoiled. Now we have temperature controlled trucks. So the need for pasteurization really isn't necessary if your customers are seeking fresh milk.

Really makes you think if all the stuff they put in our food serves the same purpose. USA has a very low fertility rate compared to countries that don't have any of this stuff in their food.
