In my case, it's freelance contract work as a web dev / graphic designer / video editor / general technical consultant, making half as much as people expect I would make.
Only able to do this because the people who hired me have similar values, niche political views, so while I didn't know them, it's nepotism in that I have similar views so I fit into the culture well.
I'm not complaining about my job either, it's better than being similarly underpaid in a typical office environment with a woke HR lady where I need to jump through ridiculous hoops.

Was 99.9% white until like 2-3 years ago, now it's more like 75%. If you go to the cheaper grocery store, it'll be 50%. To be real though most people here are literally NEETs living with their parents with some job that probably pays just enough to get some necessities, but not enough to move out or save much. I think a lot of people here work, I have a job that pays $31 an hour but the problem is you can hardly get more than 25 hours a week. I could leave my job for something with more hours but it would pay less per hour and be some manual labor customer-facing BS, ultimately to have the same take-home pay. I'm pretty much capped at my job though unless I got a degree (just have an AA), and my parents make too much money for me to qualify for financial aid even though I'm pretty broke. The world is pushing me towards the debt jew and I will just not play that game, rather hop trains as a bum.

I'm 29 and work in a factory as a machine operator for ~$22.50/hr (part of my pay is a profit sharing bonus) and have done since spring of 2022. I got BTFO by the coof but just recently bought a house after a few years of living at home being supported by my parents. This isn't a very expensive area so with no rent or mortgage I can get by well enough. If I had a wife or girlfriend who lived with me and worked part time it could even be called comfortable, but dating around here is a fucking wasteland, so I don't.

I'm far more worried about that than money to be honest. I very badly want a wife and kids but "settling" for a single mother and her niglets or a surly landwhale with more tattoos than the average convict would be even worse than being alone, and yet so far those are the only options that present themselves to me.
