What are (((they))) hiding the cure?
Alzheimer's/Dementia was something that never really historically existed on the scale we see now.
I know a lot of the cause might have something to do with our diet, deoderants, chemicals, vaccines, etc.
But I know there has to be a way to cure it or at least reverse Alzheimer's.
This is a bit personal to me because I have noticed my mom is starting to forget things and is starting conversations on repeat that she had previously.

Are there any redpill ways to getting rid of Alzheimer's?

He drinks soda with every meal and eats nothing but junk food, and I suggested that improving his diet might help a bit, but he refuses to do so and won't eat healthy for even one day. God forbid he goes one meal without bread and a 20oz soda. It's not as if diet has anything to do with the health of your body. Ahh well.

>to cure it or at least reverse Alzheimer
You can theoretically prevent it and slow it but there is no cure once symptoms show, at that point your brain is fucked.
Research has shown that you can prevent it by: >Not smoking or drinking alcohol.
>Eating healthy and getting all your vitamins
>Getting your full 8 hours of sleep
>Working out regularly
>Staying socially active
>Continuing to learn/work and challenging your brain

Grain should be avoided all together mate but sourdough is the "safest". Eating a meal with grain won't give you alzheimer's but a lifetime of eating grains will. Reseaech the link between alzheimer's and insulin. Some doctors now call alzheimer's type III diabetes. Your brain is 80% Lipids, Cholesterol, you know what thing the doctors tell you that is bad for you. Eat a high cholesterol diet to fortify your brain.

I'm pretty sure Alzheimer's isn't a normal disease, sure, if you have a shit diet and no sleep it'll be worse and shit health over all, but that's not gonna Alzheimer's by itself. I believe Dementia is caused by evil entities, there's just no other rational explanation. A person starts forgetting everything to the point he can't even recognize his son? your body tries to fix as much as possible as much as it can, mineral deficiency also takes time, obviously.

it's like eating poison every day. your body tries to push the poison out, and you take more and more, and at some point your body says fuck it.

It's like not eating for a week, you can do that, you can eat for quite some time, but your body will run out of resources and then get fucked up.

you don't take certain required minerals in.
your body will run out of them.
and thus mineral deficiency.
it's simple.

you know what farmers did ages ago?
feed their cattle vegetable oils, because those have more calories. that worked, but 6 weeks later they all died because of heart disease, that's why only retarded farmers would do that.

Homeostasis, the body always recovers. Let's say I take a kriegsmesser and I wound you, that wound will start bleeding, but eventually it'll stop and the body will return to normal. If you smoke for a long time and then stop, the lungs will recover, not 100% of course, but they will get better

Do not eat pro inflammatory food, so avoid completely milk and dairies (ghee is fine in moderation because it’s casein free), avoid sugar, avoid pork meat and only eat fresh fruit in moderation during the months when fruit naturally grows on trees, so ATM you shouldn’t be eating any. Fructose inside fruit can be dangerous for a lot of people, you can notice the damaging effects by stopping eating fruit and sugar for a week: you will notice minor pains totally go away and worse ones will get better or become more manageable.

I forgot to add one important thing.

Check the ingredients on the medicines and pills you regularly ingest, chances are that they’re filled with all kinds of starches and artificial sugars, the latter being devastating because a very low dose has a sweetener power XX times more powerful than white sugar, so look for names like sorbitol, xylitol and other similar sounding names, also watch for another great offender which is maltodextrins (a sugar made by fermenting cereals of different kind especially corn which is super rich in starches) because this gives you both the sugars and the side effects of eating cereals and gluten.

I’ve been 10 years under gastro protector pills and my health has been devastated since, I never recovered since I stopped taking them. These pills are notorious to give you Alzheimer’s in the long run, but my (((doctors))) never told me these things nor that my reflux was caused by food that my body didn’t tolerate (cereals) and that was part of my diet…
>>
No processed foods.
No high Insulin spikes.
No eating at late night.

Good microbiome (get a flora status in your local lab and eat probiotics until everything is balanced)
Regular butyric acid (Parmesan cheese) and acidic acid (vinegar) to keep the gut lining in tact. Having a non leaky gut means having a non leaky blood brain barrier which means having a lower chance of beta amolyd plaque forming

>how long to recover from nutrient and mineral deficiencies
you have to check the blood levels.
if it's really severe, it can take ages.
also there are tons of minerals that the body actually needs, your pharma quack will at best only tell you about a few of them.
and the second problem is that most mineral supplements are shit and won't fix a major deficiency.

You need:
60 minerals
Calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, chloride, sulfur, cobalt, copper, aluminum, arsenic, barium, beryllium, boron, bromine, carbon, iodine, iron, manganese, selenium, zinc, cerium, cesium, chromium, dysprosium, erbium, europium, gadolinium, germanium, gold, hafnium, holmium, hydrogen, lanthanum, lithium, lutetium, molybdenum, neodymium, nickel, niobium, nitrogen, oxygen, praseodymium, rhenium, rubidium, samarium, scandium, silica, silver, strontium, tantalum, terbium, thulium, tin, titanium, vanadium, ytterbium, yttrium, zirconium

2-3 essential fatty acids
Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9

16 vitamins
Vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin d, vitamin E, vitamin K, biotin, choline, flavonoids (bioflavonoids), folic acid, inositol

12 amino acids
Valine, lysine, threonine, leucine, isoleucine, tryptophan, phenylalanine, methionine, histidine, arginine, taurine, tyrosine

Most of the time one being deficient is not that bad, but two will cause problems.

your body makes all the fat it needs from carbs, which isnt much bc fat is in absolutely everything you could ever possibly put in your mouth, in tiny amounts. Monkeys and cows live off fatty acids fermebted from plant matter they eat. You have just put on the whole meat clown suit and lost all reasoning ability. High fat/cholesterol diet will kill you quickly if youre APOE 3/4 like 30 percent of the human population.

Alzheimer's: Infection is linked to dramatic plaque build-up in brain, study finds
Study led by Oxford University found shingles infection 'sets off chain reaction'
Wakes up different, normally-harmless herpes virus that lays dormant in body
This leads to a 'dramatic' accumulation of plaque and inflammation in the brain

7 Common Brain-Slowing Anticholinergic Drugs Older Adults Should Use With Caution

How Anticholinergics Affect the Aging Brain and Body

Anticholinergics are drugs that block acetylcholine, a key neurotransmitter in the body. This leads to lower brain function, which people often experience as drowsiness.

Sometimes that sedation is why people take the drugs, and a little sleepiness might sound benign. But when the brain is older, or otherwise vulnerable, these drugs can be problematic.

In fact, these literally have the opposite effect of the drugs often used to treat Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Donepezil, rivastigmine, and galantamine (brand names Aricept, Exelon, and Razadyne), for example, are designed to increase acetylcholine by blocking the brain enzyme that breaks it down.

Research has linked anticholinergic drugs to increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease, and also to hospitalizations in older adults. And the American Geriatrics Society has warned about them for years; anticholinergics are definitely on the Beer’s List of medications older adults should avoid or use with caution.

Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter used in many other parts of the body, including the eyes, mouth, bowels, and bladder. So anticholinergic drugs commonly cause side-effects such as dry eyes, dry mouth, and constipation.

These drugs are in everything from allergy medicines to muscle relaxants to painkillers. They are in many over-the-counter (OTC) medications, and they are often prescribed for a variety of common health complaints.

thats like literally every single thing about biology lmao
its all about adapting to your environment
and its far far more complicated than even the most cutting edge science has discovered, it goes to a point of genes changing for better or worse

heres basic examples

Temperature Regulation

When overheated: The body sweats to cool down, blood vessels near the skin dilate (vasodilation) to release heat, and you begin to feel thirsty to replace lost fluids
When cold: Shivering generates heat through muscle contractions, blood vessels constrict to preserve core temperature, and brown fat is activated to produce heat

Blood Loss/Injury Response

Platelets quickly form clots to stop bleeding
Blood vessels constrict around the injury site to reduce blood loss
The heart rate increases to maintain blood pressure
The body increases red blood cell production to compensate for lost blood
White blood cells rush to the injury site to prevent infection

Bone Fracture Healing

A blood clot forms around the break
New blood vessels grow to supply the area
Specialized cells called osteoblasts create new bone tissue
The body gradually remodels the bone to restore its original strength

Metabolic Stress

When blood sugar drops: The pancreas releases glucagon to break down glycogen stores
When blood sugar rises: Insulin is released to store excess glucose
The liver can convert proteins to glucose when needed
Fat stores can be broken down for energy during prolonged fasting

Acid-Base Balance

The lungs adjust breathing rate to regulate CO2 levels
The kidneys can retain or excrete hydrogen ions and bicarbonate
Blood proteins act as buffers to maintain proper pH
Bone tissue can release or absorb minerals to help maintain pH balance

Skin Damage

The epidermis constantly renews itself, replacing damaged cells
Melanin production increases with UV exposure for protection
When cut, keratinocytes migrate to close wounds
New blood vessels form to support healing tissue

It's closely related to type II diabetes and cardiovascular disease, so we're probably seeing more of it for the same reasons we see more of those diseases. Metabolic dysfunction and chronic inflammation due to poor diet and activity levels seem to be major factors. There's a greater than 50% chance I'm developing a cure right now btw. Don't worry, I won't let the jews control it. I need it for my parents too.
Oh, by the way, the most reliable preventatives for now are regular exercise, healthy eating, and a stimulating social life.

>>492041624
the brain is mostly comprised of fat. and its mostly saturated or monounsaturated fat.
seed oil is polyunsaturated fat, and this crosses the blood brain barrier. its a kind of processed fat no one ever ate anywhere near in the levels we do until the past century, and its an extremely toxic fat because of the processing and because of the chemical makeup of the fat. polyunsaturated fats are highly prone to oxidation, especially with heat which is used to extract them to make seed/vegetable oil. this creates other toxic compounds like aldehydes which cross the blood brain barrier, are neurotoxic, alter genes, inhibit enzymes, destroy mitrochondria and create cross links between proteins, destroying their functions. also due to free radical formation, oxidized fats accelerate the oxidative process of other fats they come in contact with. these are all facts, you can look everything up yourself

its all really cut and dry why seed oils cause neurodegenerative disease but no one in the medical industry gives a fuck about actually helping anyone apparently or is just a fucking retard

sure its not the full spectrum of infrared light lol but seeing orange/red light causes melatonin to release

as far as sunlights effects on the bodies, i know ultraviolet gives you vitamin d obviously, the blue light gives you serotonin, orange/red/lack of light makes you convert serotonin to melatonin, and some spectrum or another (i think ultraviolet again) converts nitrates/nitrites in the skin into nitric oxide which is important for dilating blood vessels
and then obviously infrared light is heat which also dilates blood vessels but this can be achieved with any heat source like hugging someone so you could consider that more of a deficiency in human contact uwu
