It's 20 years too late.Every major tech company has their development centers in India with a skeleton staff in the US (every wondered why it's 10+ years for a entry job) and the preference of multinational is that their outsourcing vendors are Indian based.Sadly this is just a reflection of what has already happened and cannot be reversed.
