The main design of the aircraft has been fitted with a large compartment for compressed hydrogen tanks and a desalinator for refueling in the ocean. We’re having some problems getting the electrolysis for the water to an efficient level that Stanley Meyer claimed he could reach. We need to get the efficiency of electrolysis for splitting water down to a rapid level. Some parts of the country have hydroelectric dams but, ultimately not enough power to keep everyone fed. We need a new fuel source and now.
