I am still on the fence about this ceasefire. My first reaction was somewhere between "Iran is retarded" and "Nothing ever really happens". However, it seems like Trump has agreed to Iran's terms. But, I find that hard to believe. Not even Trump would be willing to get raped this hard. I expect the deal to be significantly watered down in the negotiations.The Most important thing for Iran to focus is on removing all primary and secondary sanctions so their economy can recover, removing all US bases from the region so the US can't use them for inevitable future attacks on Iran. Iran should draw a hard red around in their nuclear enrichment and missile program and shouldn't even consider negotiating about them.I am also troubled by the revelation that Israel claims they support the ceasefire with Iran but not with Hezbollah. Israel will use this time to fight Hezbollah properly where they got bogged down before. It would be a very bad look for Iran if they abandon their allies who stuck out their necks for them.There's also the domestic component of the deal in USA. Lindsey Graham claims it won't pass a Congress vote without nuclear enrichment on the table. However, even if the GOP controls the House and Senate, I don't think they will block the deal. Because, judging by the MAGAtard chatter on social media, even Miggers are relieved by the war's end. Any lawmaker opposing this deal would be dealt an automatic primary loss, not to mention it'd be suicide for the GOP in the midterms.Also, I don't know how there's any guarantees that Israel would respect the deal.
