>Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio during a phone call on May 25 that Moscow would begin strikes on Ukrainian "decision-making centers" and urged Washington to evacuate the embassy, according to a Russian Foreign Ministry readout.

>The call came after Russia's Foreign Ministry earlier announced plans for a new wave of mass long-range strikes on Kyiv, including attacks targeting military facilities and what Moscow described as "decision-making centers."

>Russia framed the planned strikes as retaliation for a Ukrainian attack in occupied Luhansk Oblast. Moscow claimed the strike hit a dormitory in the city of Starobilsk, while Ukraine said it targeted a Russian drone command facility.

>According to the Russian readout, Lavrov warned Rubio of "systematic and consistent strikes" on Kyiv and referenced earlier recommendations by Moscow that foreign diplomatic missions evacuate personnel from the Ukrainian capital.

>The conversation marked the first publicly known contact between the two officials since May 5, when they reportedly discussed U.S.-brokered peace efforts.

>Following the call, Rubio said he relayed Lavrov's message to U.S. President Donald Trump.

>I spoke to him yesterday about that and a couple other topics, and obviously Putin had asked him to call me to relay the message directly to the President, which I did," Rubio told reporters.

>"Kyiv has been a dangerous place for a number of years. The danger in all these wars, as they continue and go on, is that they always carry the threat of escalation... of spreading into something new."

>European leaders and diplomats signaled they would remain in Kyiv despite Moscow's warnings, rejecting what they described as an attempt to intimidate and isolate Ukraine. Katarina Mathernova, the European Union's ambassador to Ukraine, said the bloc "is not going anywhere."

>"We stay in Kyiv," she stated on X. "We stay with Ukraine."

(((They))) will use this as an excuse to go to war, just like the Lusitania.
Germany, prior to the US involvement in the first world war, noticed that the Lusitania, a passenger ship, was listed by the UK as a Military ship.
Germany bought ads in the US telling people not to board it because they were going to sink it.
Americans boarded it anyway, seeing that most of the ads that the germans paid for were not published.
The Lusitania set sail.
When the german Uboats were spotted, the Lusitania was told to slow down by Churchill himself.
Germany therefore sunk the ship thinking it was a military ship, but it was just another false flag setup.
Exact same pattern as we see here.
Russia, the supposed bad guy, is warning people not to be somewhere where they will be bombing.
>no we're staying
>our leadership said so
The leadership wants us all dead anyway.
All wars are bankers wars.
>>
>>535849036
If they don't do something they'll end up getting droned anyway. A lot of oil and gas infrastructure is getting blown up too. That's been happening for a long time now. They're going to do it.

>>535848860
Maybe Xi gave him some good news at the recent summit. The Iran war will also be a factor here, along with Ukraine and NATO's escalations in actions and rhetoric.

>why hasn't Russia done this before it's year 5 of special operation
Russia is a lot more calculated than you think. Realistically, they could've got very far into Ukraine, but they don't, because their doctrine is to hold land and force the enemy to attack. Takes 3x the attackers to take a position, so the longer this war goes on, the harder it becomes for Ukraine to even have the chance of winning. They did get rekt in the first hours of the war, and that probably did stop them from attempting to quickly take the whole country, but the parts of the country they really did want, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, they've already won that. Now it's just a waiting game.

Real decision making centers are in UK, USA or in private residences of ukrainian oligarchs and zog agents around the world

Russia will hit military targets only and you are 100% correct, they cant hit decision military center until russian elite & their children spend leisure time abroad

Ukrainians also cant hit anyone of real russia elite. Both sides are integrated into globalistic cuckboomer world

I do. There is an interesting youtube channel called KLW World News which do satellite imagery analysis of Russia.

Despite Russia's seeming incompetence in Ukraine, it appears they are doing a massive military infrastructure buildup on the borders of NATO. Fortifications, training bases, radar installations, bunker complexes, air defence batteries, vehicle pools, fuel storage etc.etc.etc.

It is pretty fucking staggering the scale of it.

To the point I'm starting to think the Ukraine conflict is Maskirovka (a masquerade) for the Russians to simply blood their troops.

i watch those guys too, it is quite staggering what the Russians have been doing and shows how hypocritical they are when calling out NATO expansion. I think many people in the west view their military capabilities with a short memory, they've forgotten how communists fight wars, they don't care about having the most advanced tech and well trained soldiers they will mobilise every industry to fight and sacrifice quality of life, the germans understood this when they were being outnumbered 7 to 1. I hear a lot of western analysts talk out about how the number of russian deaths is not sustainable, but they're thinking on western terms of war, the Russians are savages they've been emptying their prisons and using 100's of thousands of foreign labour forces and other undesirables as a barrier force to the russian front lines and the actual professional forces only a fraction have been affected.

>Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov again warned on Tuesday that the risk of a direct clash between nuclear-armed countries is growing, while drawing attention to what he described as efforts by NATO to expand its nuclear arsenal. The official noted that armed conflict between nuclear-capable nations could have "catastrophic" consequences.

>"However, even this threat has not yet deterred the collective Euro-NATO group opposing Russia from attempting to raise the stakes in its confrontation with Moscow," he said while addressing the International Security Forum in Moscow. Moreover, he stated the United States is doing nothing to prevent its allies from declaring their nuclear ambitions, declaring that Japan has recently launched the process of revising its policy of the three non-nuclear principles.

>At the same time, Ryabkov expressed hope that Washington would react "responsibly" to Moscow's intention to carry out new large-scale strikes on military industrial complexes in Kyiv, Ukraine.

>‘Deeply Concerned’ – UN Chief Condemns Russia’s Threats of New Strikes on Kyiv

>UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said he was “deeply concerned” by Russia’s threats to hit Kyiv and its decision-making centers. He said the threat, following one of the heaviest attacks on the Ukrainian capital since the 2022 invasion began, risks further escalation. This, he said could possibly make any search for peace “even more distant.”

>UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres expressed “deep concern” on Tuesday over Russia’s announcement that it plans to launch systematic strikes on Kyiv.

>Guterres’s concerns were delivered at an open high-level debate of the 15-member UN Security Council in New York, chaired by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.

>Guterres said the Russian announcement followed reports of a Ukrainian drone attack on a college building and dormitory in the Ukrainian city of Starobilsk, which is currently under Russian occupation.

>He told the Security Council that the UN condemns the attack on the school, as well as attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure wherever they occur.

>“Now more than ever, it is imperative to avoid any escalation of a conflict that has already exacted a devastating toll on civilians, and that risks making the search for peace even more distant, prolonging the suffering of people,” Guterres said.

>Ukraine’s General Staff rebuffed Russia’s accusations and said the strike targeted a Russian military drone unit.

>The UN meeting took place a day after Moscow said it intended to carry out future “systematic” strikes following another major weekend barrage against Kyiv in retaliation for the Starobilsk strike.
>>
>>535848860
>why hasn't Russia done this before it's year 5 of special operation

Why in the fuck does Russia need to escalate when it has been winning through attrition. Territorial gains and loses are meaningless until a war is over. Russia can take all of Ukraine providing it kills enough Ukrainians than it can no longer offer up more men for the meat grinder.

They already have. UK special forces are all over the place in Ukraine. So are UK and Ireland contractors. Something going on in the arctic circle too.
The UK government has been desperately trying to start WW3 with Russia for a long time now. A big part of Brexit campaign was opposition to the attempts to create a grand European centralised military "to counter the Russian threat".
At the time of the Arab Spring you had the UK starting more wars while simultaneously pretending to "not have the money" to maintain it's military, gradually moving towards full integration.

So, Brexit absolutely smashed the UK govts face in and its attempts to escalate a big dumb war is a part of securing full EU integration.

In Bidens last term, after the UK started firing long range missile attacks into Russia, the Russian Navy literally sailed through the English Channel while demanding that they stop doing this.
The main news at the time was about Kier Starrmer's expensive outfits gifted to him by a gay paki.. that kind of distraction indicates the severity of the situation.

Pic related is about the Russian Navy sailing through the channel.
As you can see, the UK is not only fighting in Ukraine, but, is doing so at extreme risk.
The UK and Russia have been going at it for a while now. It's one of the reasons the USA stopped sharing intelligence with the UK. The Uk tried to frame Trump as a Russian agent remember.

Why do Restore voters write shit like this?
>>
>>535860056

It's also ILLEGAL in the UK to have a party like this. It's why the BNP was forced to take in non-White members and candidates etc.
The entire system of the UK is optimised to make nationalism a nigh impossibility.
It's also why Channel 4 sent actors into Brexit Party/RestoreUK etc to film them saying stuff that would get the party shut down.

Worryingly, the promises Lowe demanded of RUK are exactly the kinds of things that would get labelled as "calling for ethnic cleasing".
