Anyone else think Nash doesn't get enough credit? He was a guy brought in purely on his look but developed into a decent worker, there's been 100s of guys his size that were a lot worse but the Bret and Michaels matches are top tier WWF main events for time, and he had a great sense of timing and psychology. He was generous in the ring and made his underdog opponents look great and gave them plenty of shine (Rey Mysterio in WCW for example). He was also great at working a hot tag.

He overcame go nowhere shit gimmicks like Oz and The Master Blaster and when WWF's business was at a real low point, he held the line well enough. Him tagging with Shawn against Hart/Taker sold out MSG for the first time since the 80s, Nash and Bam Bam headlined Raw's highest rated show to that date with a 3.9, and the buyrates in 1995 with Nash on top do enough dispel the myth he was the 'lowest draw in WWF history'.

Nash's charisma and aura is obvious, and he was central to one of wrestling's hottest boom periods with the nWo, and its early success was all on Nash with Hogan riding his coattails.

He transitioned this into mainstream success and has been lauded for his acting roles in blockbusters such as John Wick and Magic Mike XXL, he's really only behind Dwayne and Batista when it comes to successful wrestlers-turned-actors. Listening to his oft-quoted podcast, it's also clear he is one of the sharpest minds not just in wrestling but in contemporary culture and politics.

I disagree- taking 14 to 21 dicks in one back alley session is tough and he doesn’t get enough credit for it- OP is right.
