The last Championship he had was the (ugly) Raw Tag Team Championship reign he had with Omos..... in 2021! He and Omos lost the Titles at SummerSlam 2021 to RK-Bro (yeah, RK-Bro, that's how long ago it was). He deserves at least one more World Title reign, so why not give him Money in The Bank? He's not going to win it, but he absolutely should, he deserves it. Another point: Despite AJ's age, he is consistently a phenomenal (pun intended) worker, he never slacks.
