TOOJ only has 19 eligible players remaining by my count (not injured or already announced to be missing the tourney) so I guess they're just letting everybody in this year. Rookies will mostly eat first round pins, maybe get a flash win against a senpai to knock them out early, or beat a fellow rookie.
