I am for the most part loving the current WWE product, and I appreciate that NXT actually feels like it matters somewhat when it comes to gimmicks and history, but I don't feel like it matters to the top brass.

It really makes me angry how decisions are obviously made with no regard to what's going on in NXT. Last year Mustafa Ali was fired the same week he was supposed to have a title match on NXT. Dana Brooke was fired while she was in an active storyline. Vince used to do this stuff, but since Triple H has been around, that hasn't happened on the main roster, but it still happens on NXT. Shouldn't Paul care about NXT since it's his baby?

Dijak said he was supposed to have a storyline with Trick that would lead to him challenging for the title. Instead he gets "called up" loses one match on Speed, then gets fired. What was the point? If Paul's not going to do anything with him, he's still such an asset in NXT, and the show is noticeably worse without him.
