Pretty much this. I think Drew tows the tweener line a bit longer and they maybe keep him leaning more towards the babyface side knowing Rollins is hurt. Priest needs to cash in either way so he ends up the heel champion as he is only it's that version of Drew going against him instead of the heel one we've had. Hell maybe Drew takes some time off to deal with his own injuries. Other than that? Literally nothing
