They basically replaced Cena on the mount rushmore, right?

It's Hogan/Austin/Rock/Roman or Cody

Lol no. Still Cena. These midcarders can have a small statue outside.
>>
>>15834226
Cody fucking sucks and only looked good because The Bloodline made for a compelling opponent.
>>

>Roman or Cody
Lmfao no. And the fact that Roman held the title for 5 years and has been placed at the top of the card for 10 and still isn't on there says everything WWE still won't open their eyes to with the guy. For you think Cena is that easily replaced just because he's finally gone, just wait until Roman and Cody are too. They don't mean a fraction of what Cena meant to WWE

why do we need both austin and rock on mt rushmore? they wrestled at the same time, i feel like we should kick one of them out, leave cena in and put roman in the 4th spot. and yes i am a zoomer
>>
>Austin/Rock
These guys are such a blip on the radar of WWE's history. Their "era" was like 4 years. And it only served to hot shot a bunch of shit and ran off more fans in the long run.

There is no "we" -kid.

Nope. Cena isn't on there either. The 4th man is either Savage, Andre, or Vince himself. All three were bigger stars than Cena since they were big stars during a boom period. Vince has the added bonus of being both the biggest heel in wrestling and the most successful wrestling promoter. But of course his history as a worker is a lot smaller than Andre and Savage. And Vince's promotion skills degraded sharply with the PG era.

Hulkamania was not a boom period for wrestling. People who use to go to wrestling once a week and big arena shows once (or more) a year, either stopped watching or went to a WWF shows once a year.

the 4th isn't Cena, it's Macho Man. Hogan and Macho are 1A and 1B of the golden age and Austin and Rock are 1A and 1B of the attitude era, the only 2 eras where wrestling was actually cool.

>It's Hogan/Austin/Rock/Roman or Cody

It's Hogan-Rock-Cena-Roman
>Hogan is the obvious GOAT
>Rock is the next biggest star in history
>As much as Cena sucks, he became the third biggest star
>Roman's Tribal Chief run cemented him as a GOAT
>nobody gives a fuck about austin today, he was a flash in the pan with 2 years at the top
>Cody isn't on the GOAT level yet
>>
Brother, I don't really care as long as the Hulkster is number one. Or how they say in the land of the rising sun ICHIBAN
>>
>>15834844
Anon, you are the biggest retard in the history of /pw/. Hulk Hogan remains the biggest star in wrestling history
>>
>>15835003
And yet he couldn't be a top star in a territory, his shit was so bad they had to fly him all around the county only coming back to towns after they forgot how bad he was.
>>
>>15834226
Cena admitted Roman is better than him
>>
>>15835020
The Hulkster was the top star nationally, not just for one territory. Please put down the crack, Dave. It's time to let your 40+ year long feud go. Find Christ like the Hulkster and move on.
>>
>>15835058
He couldn't be the top star of a territory, which is the true measure of stardom, success, and talent. People would have died Verne Gagne or Jerry Lawler. Hogan was a fun novelty to be laughed at.
>>
I love Roman, but if you became a “star” during the Network/Streaming service era you don’t belong anywhere near the real draws and household names
>>
>>15834226

Roman is about halfway to Cena
Cody is nowhere close to any of them.
He’s only relevant when he’s standing next to Roman/Bloodline
>>
>>15835020
His territory was the Earth.

Verne literally held Hogan back in AWA. It's well documented that Hogan was over and the crowd wanted him as champion. But Verne refused to put the belt on him despite giving him title matches. Crowds were all behind Hogan. Hogan was pissed, felt betrayed, and that is the entire reason why Hogan left AWA for WWF. Then Hogan convinced many other AWA talents to leave for the WWF too, and helped kill the AWA. This all occurred because Verne was a bitter old bitch who dared to cross the Hulkster.
